Dom frowned "did you just roll your eyes at me?" His tone was stern.
She shrugged
"Do I really deserve so little of your respect" There was no trace of humor on his face at all. That threw her off balance. He seemed like he was really upset with her. Unsure, she blinked at him. Or was he just playing authoritarian for her again? That thought sent a rush of heat between her legs and butterflies to her tummy. Dom's eyes dilated suddenly and she thought she saw his fangs get long. Oh god--he must have smelled her arousal again. Seeing him like that--the look of hunger on his face, his dark hair falling onto his face, his eyes burning, she felt almost light-headed with desire for him.
"I can't deicide if you're serious or just trying to tweak me"
His lids lowered and he stepped closer to her pinning her against the wall. "I am serious," he said in a low sexy voice. "And I like to tweak you"

Thoughts and Review

The most intense excerpt known to man. Wow this story novel whatever you want to call it was totally worth not sleeping at all. I fell in love with this book ever since they said the word Vampire. Vampires always get me hooked to a book but not just any vampire hot sexy vampires. As you can see by the excerpt the book was pretty much told in a couple of sentences. It got down to the good fantasy stuff, what every girl loves. Especially me the talented Renee wrote a book that you might have her about before, girl has friend finds out he's a vampire, falls in love with one and has steamy scenes with one of them. Lord have mercy this book was really really descriptive, and when I say descriptive I mean full on images poured into your head.

Some of the content in this book was really hot and heavy and with the descriptions you instantly feel the energy and intensity of emotions that Dom and Kate felt. I will say this if you are not the kind of person that likes erotic books than you won't like this one, but if you do you will enjoy it. But then again its not all about that its also about Kate and Dom and they're feeling toward each other. He never expected to have fallen for her. I also loved how the author pieced everything together she never left anyone out, she balanced Kate's friendships and Fox and Stella who are amazing by the way, each gave something of they're own in the book. 
   So if you're looking for an erotic romance this is the way to go!

Author Bio 

Renee Rose is an author of erotic romance. She received a Bachelor's of Arts in Creative Writing from Knox College, where she was trained to write poetry and literary fiction and was the recipient of the Lorraine Smith prize for short fiction.

Upon graduating, she took a gig writing instruction manuals (yawn!!) and sales and marketing for an engineering firm. After thirteen years numbing her mind and allowing her creative juices to evaporate, she read her first romance novel and was hooked.
